Your Health, Your Way: The S-E-X talk: Safer Sex, Communication, and Consent

This session covers the basics of sexual health and communication in a straightforward, relatable way. We’ll talk about consent, safer sex, pregnancy prevention, and how to use condoms correctly. Stress, mental health, alcohol, and substances are real topics that deserve a real conversation. Your Health, Your Way is a no-judgment space where you can pick up practical skills for everyday life, minus the cringe. Sessions are specifically for 16-23 year olds, and participants under the age of 18 must submit a signed consent form prior to the start of the session.
