Training & Exam Formats
Review the training and exam options that best meet your needs, regulatory requirements, and schedule. You can use different formats for the course and exam. For example, you can take an instructor-led course and an online exam, using your laptop, on the same day, at the same location. Your proctor must be present, in person, for the online exam. Fishers Health Educator is both an instructor and a proctor, therefore, the Health Educator will be able to teach the course and proctor your exam on the same day.
Email the health educator for assistance with scheduling and/or scholarships.
