International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day

International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day is a day of remembrance, connection and healing for those who have lost a loved one to suicide.
Fishers Health Department invites community members to come together in a supportive environment for conversation, reflection, art activities and speakers.
Who Should Attend?
This event is for anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one to suicide, as well as family members, friends, community partners and others who want to support those navigating suicide loss.
You do not need to attend with someone else or have participated in a previous event.
What to Expect
The event will offer opportunities to connect with others who understand suicide loss and participate at your own comfort level.
Activities will include:
- Guided discussions
- Art and reflection activities
- Speakers
- Opportunities for connection and support
Fishers Health Department has hosted this event for three years as a space for community members to come together, remember loved ones and support one another.

Free Childcare
Free childcare is available through the Fishers Community Center Action Zone for children ages 2–12 during the event.
Childcare must be requested in advance. Pre-register for childcare by November 13 by emailing our Community Support Team.
