June 3 @ 9:30 am – 10:30 am

Wednesday, June 3 | 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. | Fishers Community Center Community Room | Free
This FREE 1-hour session will help participants learn more about measures of key risk factors for chronic conditions—including blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, and weight. Knowing more about what these numbers mean and what are considered healthy levels can help you know more about your risk and help you have informed conversations with your health care provider about how to achieve or maintain healthy measures to reduce your risk and live well! Register at https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/019d8765add47f97a3d082ed4588b14e.
Following this educational session, receive a FREE wellness screening voucher for your participation. Our wellness screening measures key biometric indicators like blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and body mass index (BMI). Results are quick.
*Biometric testing is a preventative tool and does not replace regular medical care or a primary care provider.
