Aging Well: Taming Stress in Everyday Life
May 29 @ 11:00 am – 12:30 pm

Understanding what stress is, what it feels like to you, and finding ways to cope with it isn’t just good for your mental health, it’s good for your body, too. Join us in this hour-long conversation about healthy stress coping strategies and how to build up your stress coping toolbox. After the session, feel free to join us upstairs for a 20-minute walk (a great way to manage stress) on the Fishers Community Center indoor track. Download the free Community Pass to access the indoor track—no membership required. Wear comfortable walking shoes! Register at https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/019ce23fdc9a726688d959d5dbf10c37
