Aging Well: Decluttering as Self Care: How to Begin
August 11 @ 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Tuesday, August 11 | 6 – 7:30 p.m. | Hamilton East Public Library – Fishers Branch
Clutter isn’t just about messy rooms—an overabundance of possessions can interfere with how you use your space, strain social connections, and contribute to stress. But it can be tough to get started with managing all your stuff. This program reframes decluttering as an act of self-care. You’ll learn the impact of clutter on well-being and some practical first steps for reducing and organizing your belongings. Registration opens July 12. Participants must register through the Hamilton East Public Library website: https://hepl.libnet.info/event/16685883
The Fishers Health Department’s Aging Well series offers free educational sessions designed to help older adults and their caregivers live healthy, active, and connected lives. See additional Aging Well events at Health.FishersIN.gov/AgingWell.
