Fishers Health Department Your Health Your Way Summer life skills series for teens + young adults

Wednesday, June 24 | 2 – 3 p.m. | Fishers Community Center Community Room | Free
This session provides young people with mental health education and resources. We’ll talk about mental health issues, how to start a conversation about mental health, the importance of self-care, and how to reach out for help—specifically for 14-18 year olds. Register at https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/019d8755dc217a2eaa0f966bd0af6ce4.

Stress, mental health, alcohol, and substances are real topics that deserve a real conversation. Your Health, Your Way is a no-judgment space where you can pick up practical skills for everyday life, minus the cringe.  Sessions are specifically for 16-23 year olds, and participants under the age of 18 must submit a signed consent form prior to the start of the session.
