Aging Well: Decluttering as Self Care: How to Begin
March 23 @ 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Clutter isn’t just about messy rooms—an overabundance of possessions can interfere with how you use your space, strain social connections, and contribute to stress. But it can be tough to get started with managing all your stuff. This program reframes decluttering as an act of self care. You’ll learn the impact of clutter on well-being and some practical first steps for reducing and organizing your belongings.
Presented by Fishers Health Department. Registration opens Feb. 21.
