Aging Well: Know Your Numbers for Heart Health
February 19 @ 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm

In observance of American Heart Month, this free, one-hour session helps participants better understand key health measures related to heart disease and other chronic conditions, including blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, and weight. Learning what these numbers mean and what’s considered healthy can support informed conversations with your health care provider and help you take steps to reduce risk and live well.
The Fishers Health Department’s Aging Well series offers free, in-person educational sessions designed to help older adults and those who care for them live healthy, active, and connected lives. See other Aging Well events at Health.FishersIN.gov/AgingWell.
