Visit the Website
- Visit the ViewPoint Cloud website.
- In the upper right corner, click Sign Up.
- Click Sign Up using the secure portal.
- Enter your email address.
- Create a password (must be 8 characters in length, should contain: lower case letter, upper case letter & number) (example Fishers8).
- Click Sign Up.
- You now have an account with the City of Fishers
Update your profile
- In upper right corner, click My Account.
- Left side of screen, click Profile.
- Click Edit Profile.
- Enter first & last name, phone number and address.
- Click Save.
Click the Fishers icon
- Click Fishers Health Department.
- Click Select on the application type you require.
- Click Apply Online.
- Confirm your contact information, click Next.
- Location: start typing in address, click Choose Location on the address.
- Verify location information, click Next.
- Enter the information in each box, click Next.
- Upload documents
- Review your submission, then click Confirm and Submit.
What Happens Next?
- You will receive email updates as your record moves through the process. You may be requested to submit additional information or upload additional documents.
- Requests are typically completed within 1-2 business days.
