June 10 @ 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm

In this sessions, we’ll talk about all things to consider when making decisions about alcohol and other drugs, including social norms, commonly used substances, why mixing them can be risky, and how they can affect communication and consent. You’ll also get info on overdose warning signs and how to use naloxone to be able to respond to a possible overdose. Register at https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/019d72cbcf9f70d987b01c9885ed77ab.
Stress, mental health, alcohol, and substances are real topics that deserve a real conversation. Your Health, Your Way is a no-judgment space where you can pick up practical skills for everyday life, minus the cringe. Sessions are specifically for 16-23 year olds, and participants under the age of 18 must submit a signed consent form prior to the start of the session.
