In the last 30 minutes, friendly comfort dogs from Cornerstone Lutheran Church, Magdalene and Eternity, will be joining us for some pet therapy! Wednesday, March 25 2 - 3:30 p.m. Fishers Community Center Program Room 3 11400 Johnson Way

n this session, we’ll take a look at stress—what it is, how it affects you, and what you can do to feel more in control. You’ll have the chance to talk about the signs of stress you’ve noticed in your own life and explore different ways of coping, from quick emotional resets to practical problem solving approaches. We’ll also chat about when it might be a good idea to reach out for extra support and where you can find it in your community.

In the last 30 minutes, friendly comfort dogs from Cornerstone Lutheran Church, Magdalene and Eternity, will be joining us for some pet therapy! Research suggests that interacting with dogs can lower cortisol, a stress hormone, in your body. Register at https://bit.ly/45ee2pb.
