Finding the right mental health support can be overwhelming.
Fishers Health Department’s free Mental Health Navigation service gives you a place to start.
Our Mental Health Support Specialist provides free, one-on-one help understanding your options, finding resources and providers, and determining next steps for yourself, your child or someone you care about.
How We Can Help
You don’t have to know exactly what kind of support you need before reaching out.
The Mental Health Support Specialist can help you:
- Talk through what you or a loved one are experiencing
- Identify possible next steps
- Find mental health providers and community resources
- Connect with services through referrals and warm handoffs
- Follow up when additional support is needed
Support may be helpful for concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, low mood or other mental health needs. You do not need to be in crisis or already have a diagnosis to use the service.
