Share your perspective. Shape our next steps.
We are hosting a series of focus groups to hear what’s working (and what’s not) for health and wellbeing in Fishers. Your insights will guide our community health assessment and improvement plan. These one-hour sessions are opportunities to share your perspective, and no preparation is needed.
Who Should You Join?
Your voice helps shape local public health programs, services, and policies. We are looking for residents and healthcare/social service providers who serve residents to share their perspective. Why Are We Conducting These Focus Groups?
Public health touches every aspect of daily life, from access to care and mental health services to the safety of our neighborhoods, access to nutritious food, and reliable transportation. Fishers Health Department is conducting these focus groups to gather direct input from residents, ensuring that our programs and policies address your needs. By participating, you help shape decisions that impact public health services, resources, and initiatives designed to improve wellbeing for everyone in Fishers.
Your input will help us:
- Prioritize Actions to Address Community Needs
- Improve Local Programs & Services
- Inform Practical Solutions with Partners
- Secure Funding & Resources
- Scale What’s Working
Your participation ensures that local decisions are guided by your needs. The more residents who participate, the better equipped we are to advocate for programs and policies that truly benefit our community.
