The City of Fishers’ food ordinance incorporates by reference state food safety regulations, exemptions, and civil penalty provisions for violators.

Certified Food Handler

ServeSafe Managers Class
ServSafe is a food safety training program created by the National Restaurant Association (NRA). The training is taught by a Health Educator from the Fishers Health Department who is certified to lead the training and proctor the exam.
