This session explores stress, its effects, and coping strategies. Participants will discuss stress basics, identify symptoms, and differentiate between emotion-focused and problem-focused coping strategies. Activities include organizing coping strategies, creating a self-care plan, and an optional time management exercise. We will also be talking about when to seek help and where to get support.

This session is specifically for 18-25 year olds as a part of the “I’m an Adult… Now what?” series. Register today!
