The Fishers Health Department offers ServSafe Manager training, a nationally recognized food safety program from the National Restaurant Association. Led by a certified Health Educator, this one-day course includes a 6-hour in-person class followed by a 2-hour online proctored exam.
Ideal for restaurant managers, chefs, school food service staff, and other food professionals, the training covers food safety basics, microbiology, the flow of food, storage, pest management, staff training, and more.
