Talk Saves Lives, created by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), is an essential training program on suicide prevention. Participants will learn about the scope of suicide in the U.S., research findings on risk factors and warning signs, and how specific communities are uniquely affected. The training also explores protective strategies, proactive mental health care, and how to start meaningful conversations to offer support and access crisis resources. It’s designed for anyone seeking practical, real-world insights into preventing suicide.
