Aging Well: Heart Healthy Habits. In observance of American Heart Month, this free, one-hour session focuses on practical ways to reduce the risk of heart disease by adopting and maintaining heart-healthy habits. Optional Activity: Stay after the session for a casual walk on the Fishers Community Center's indoor track. In observance of American Heart Month, this free, one-hour session focuses on practical ways to reduce the risk of heart disease by adopting and maintaining heart-healthy habits. Participants will learn how to start small, set achievable goals, and build sustainable habits that support long-term wellness.

Optional Activity: Stay after the session for a casual walk on the Fishers Community Center indoor track. Participants who plan to walk should wear comfortable shoes and sign up for a free Community Pass and download the FCC mobile app in advance to access the track.
