Apply for a Food Permit Application

The City of Fishers Health Department permits and inspects over 450 food services and stores within the city borders. Unannounced inspections are completed regularly, and the frequency of inspections is based on a hazard risk assessment as determined by the inspector. Restaurant inspections are public information 10 days after they are completed. The health department also provides Food Safety Training and is available to food establishments upon request.

All food vendors in the City of Fishers must obtain and display an active permit issued by the Fishers Health Department. Questions? Contact the Fishers Health Department by email or at 317-567-5045.
