FHD Food Permit Fee Structure Webinar

Food Employee Health Policy
An illness reporting policy aims to ensure that all food employees notify management when they experience an illness condition and that the appropriate steps are taken to prevent the transmission of foodborne illness or communicable disease. Every facility should have a written Employee Health Policy in place.
