We offer FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccines from trusted manufacturers according to standardized guidelines:
SPIKEVAX & mNEXSPIKE (Moderna)
- mRNA vaccines available for eligible age groups as per FDA approval
COMIRNATY (Pfizer-BioNTech)
- mRNA vaccine available for eligible age groups as per FDA approval
Vaccine Eligibility by Age Group
FHD staff follow guidelines and recommendations from the the Advisory Committee on Immunizations Practices (ACIP), and those from other well-known professional associations. For many years, ACIP recommendations have represented the standard of care for vaccination practice in the United States. Recently, well known professional associations have put out additional recommendations and guidance around vaccine administration.
Infants and Young Children
COVID-19 vaccines are available for children following American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Guidelines.

Children and Adolescents (Ages 11-17)
COVID-19 vaccines are available for children following American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Guidelines.

Adults (18+)
