The Fishers Health Department facilitates the application for and inspection of septic systems for Fishers residents and landowners. Submit your permit application to begin the application process.

Construction – repair or alteration	$100
Construction – septic tank or perimeter drain only	$75
Construction – reinspection	$25
Construction – renewal	$25
Abandonment – inspection	$25
Violations and penalties	Assessed on inspection
